The evolution of the Internet and certain of its applications continues to animate lively legal debates. Though taking part in this somewhat virtual world might mean that you don't know who does what with your contributions, one can only count on the intellectual honesty of all those that feel this media is worth being used and nurtured. I am not sure at all, that any legal protection would do anything else than giving lots of financially interesting claims for lawyers. I hope this doesn't become the end of a very promising evolution. However, for those interested, here is some food for thought.
The law is also in effect for everything that happens on the internet including blogs. Those who breach the law have to be brought to justice.
